Subject : Frankie Manning

Hi everyone, As many of you have already heard the great Frankie Manning, ambassador to lindy hop dancing, passed away yesterday at the age of 94.  It is a sad loss for the swing dancing community around the world.  Frankie Manning has been an inspiration to so many dancers.  From those of us here who met him, had lessons from him and have heard him speak about his incredible journey as a lindy hop dancer, we thank you.  His passion for lindy hop will live on through our dancing. We are thinking of you Frankie, friends and family. Thank you and may you rest in peace. Regards, Helen and Ben
